From the 19th July we will still be following PPE guidelines from Public Health England. We require our patients to continue to attend wearing a face mask, unless they can show a proof of medical exception. If you would prefer a telephone appointment due to Covid please phone the clinic to organise this.
1 - Coming to the Clinic
Please do not come if you or any household members have been unwell within the last week. Please attend on your own and wear a face covering.
2 - Arrival at the Clinic
There will be only one therapist working in each room, with staggered appointment times, therefore it will be safe to enter the clinic at your appointment time. Please do not come in before your appointment time. You will be met by your therapist wearing an apron and mask. You will be asked to clean your hands and a face mask can be provided if you do not have one.
3 - During Treatment
You will be directed to your consultation room for treatment. Appointments will be spaced out to allow ventilation of the room and cleaning. Payment by card is preferable. No cash payments are being taken. You will be asked to clean your hands on departure from the clinic.
